1 oz mango rum1 oz coconut rum
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
8 oz pineapple juice
1 oz strawberry puree
Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Pour in a a sugar rimmed hurricane glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and sugar dipped strawberry. A nice alternative is to blend it in a blender with the ice before adding garnishes... great summertime refresher!
